A one hour ballroom fitness class to inspire and improve your dancing. Classes suit solo, social and competitive dancers. This class is fun, while also making a serious impact on your dancing.
Jonathan and Talysa specialise in teaching the ballroom dances: Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slow Foxtrot and Quickstep. If you’re looking to attend a group class in Sydney, this is the class for you.
Ballroom Fitness
When: 10:30am–11.30am Saturdays
This class includes practical ballroom exercises to improve your stamina and strength. All exercises incorporate ballroom figures, where you will learn the correct technique to exerting the physical movement required to perform your ballroom dance. Jonathan and Talysa will provide both a mix of cardio-based and strength-based exercises. Be prepared to do a lot of dancing!
Suitable to all dance levels and ages. Please wear your dance shoes. No partner required.

What to expect from your first class.
As a first time participant in our group classes, expect to be challenged yet invigorated all at the same time. Our classes are designed to bring out the best in you and to see you reach your potential.
You will be surrounded by a warm cohort of friendly dance enthusiasts who will make you feel welcome and part of the group.
