Jonathan Kontrobarsky
Jonathan is a born dance talent who has seen success throughout every stage of his competitive career. He is currently at the top of the Australian professional competitive field and competes around Australia and internationally on a regular basis with Talysa and with students.
Jonathan is known for his creative use of metaphors in his teaching and is determined for each student to walk out of their lesson happier and a better dancer than they entered the lesson.
Jonathan is also an incredibly talented choreographer and is the brains, videographer and editor behind the @jtballroom YouTube channel.
Talysa Trevallion
Talysa is recognised as one of the leading professional female dancers and teachers in Australia. She has been an Australian ballroom finalist for many years, and has won many state and national titles along the way in both the amateur and professional divisions. Her most memorable moment is dancing in the spectacular Royal Albert Hall in London for the International Championships, something only the best dancers in the world can be proud to say they have done.
Talysa is a versatile teacher and can literally do it all. She has extensive experience teaching ballroom and latin, same sex dancers, social and high-level competitive dancers.
